Reservation and Ticket Policy

Reservations are confirmed with payment in full.

Credit Cards given over the phone to hold reservation are considered full payment.

Passengers are required to arrive at minimum 15 minutes prior to departure.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Rain date tickets are valid for twelve (12) months from issue date.

Reservation changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to departure time or ticket is null and void.

Cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen influences (such as the behavior of the seal colony) will be rescheduled on an excursion of equal value, space available, reservations required.

Cancellations due to weather or unforeseen influences are at the sole discretion of the CAPTAIN, at the scheduled departure time.

 

MOST IMPORTANTLY:

We are in the business of providing our guests with a fun and enjoyable experience that they will remember fondly.

If we have weather conditions that will make a trip un-enjoyable for our guests, WE DO NOT GO.

If this happens, we can often suggest an alternative excursion that might suit our clients needs during their reservation time.

If this is not amenable to our clients, we will book them a reservation for the first available excursion after the weather clears.

WE WILL WORK HARD EVERY DAY TO GIVE YOU, OUR GUESTS, THE BEST EXCURSIONS POSSIBLE.
